Terms of Use
These terms set out how schools, staff, and students may use Myntix, an internal behaviour and rewards platform operated by Myntix in Australia.

Purpose
Myntix helps schools recognise behaviour through credits, track progress, and manage reward requests. Credits and balances are for a school's internal program. They are not cash, stored value, a banking product, or a financial account and cannot be redeemed for money through Myntix.
School responsibilities
Schools decide their program rules, including when credits are awarded or deducted, what rewards are offered, and how requests are approved. Schools maintain user details, assign staff roles, review access, and communicate their rules to students and families. The school is responsible for the rewards it offers and fulfils.
Acceptable use
Users must access only their own account or information they are authorised to manage. Staff must use student, ledger, group, timetable, reward, and reporting tools for legitimate school purposes. Users must not attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
Accounts and security
Users must keep their credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access to their school. Schools should promptly disable accounts that no longer need access. Myntix may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Records and corrections
Ledger and audit records are intended to provide an understandable history of activity. Schools should correct mistakes using the application's reversal or void processes where available, rather than obscuring the original activity.
Privacy and school data
Schools control their organisation's data and can export it while their account is active. Our Privacy and Data Retention pages explain access, service providers, and deletion. Students and families should direct requests about school records to their school first.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Myntix available, but maintenance, updates, networks, and third-party services can cause interruptions. We may update the service and these terms. We will publish changes here and communicate material changes to affected schools.
